We are a people-first organisation dedicated to improving the NHS and reducing health inequalities, and we have a team of brilliant individuals to help us to achieve this.

By investing in our people, we believe we have the power to make a difference. And we're proud to have so many years of NHS experience in our team, helping us to understand healthcare challenges.

We offer a number of specialist services to NHS organisations throughout the UK – in both physical and mental health – with the goal of cutting waiting times, improving outcomes and reducing health inequalities. What makes us different is the NHS experience we have within our team – with all of our senior team having at least 10 years’ experience of working in the NHS itself. This gives us a unique insight into the challenges it faces and, as importantly, possible solutions.

Karina founded Acumentice in 2014 to add sustainable value to the NHS and improve patient experience at every level. She is a former NHS Director and Senior Leader, with extensive experience and subject matter expertise in all aspects of healthcare management, and a particular focus on elective care recovery, waiting list development and management, and digital systems and their impact on patient pathways.
